Meet Jesus.
Life is hard. The alienation and loneliness we all feel is, at its root, an alienation from our Creator. Separated from the God for whom we were made, we try so desperately to fill the void and heal the wound. Unfortunately, our attempts to save ourselves only make matters worse. We hurt the people around us, we ravage the earth, and we engage in self-destructive and community-destroying behavior the Bible refers to as “sin.” The good news of Christianity is that God has acted in Jesus to draw us into relationship with Himself, beginning a project to heal and restore us.
